How long do I have to complete the module?You have up to 60 days to complete any module purchased from ATC Digital Learning. After that, the course will expire and you will not be able to access it. Note: It is essential to complete the modules before the deadline for licensure requirements. Failure to do so will result in those hours being applied for the subsequent licensure year.

When do ATC modules expire?Upon finishing the modules, they will remain valid until the conclusion of the current calendar year in which you undertook them. Each module can be utilized for license credit once. Nevertheless, you have the option to re-enroll in the same module to satisfy the continuing education unit (CEU) prerequisites for an additional year.

How do I enroll in a module?To enroll in a module, simply choose the module you are interested in and click the “Enroll” button. Do I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my purchase from ATC Digital Learning?We do not offer refunds, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with a credit that can be used towards future purchases from our online store. Note: In the event that store credit is utilized, your prior purchase will be invalidated, and no certification will be granted.

How do I know if the ATC modules will apply towards my license?Our courses have been approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Work and State Board of Behavioral Health.

My license is outside of Oklahoma can I take ATC modules?While you are welcome to complete ATC modules, please note that they are only valid for behavioral heath professionals licensed in Oklahoma. If you are seeking a CEU in a different state, these modules may not fulfill the necessary requirements.

What state(s) does ATC practice in?ATC currently provides services to clients exclusively in Oklahoma but aspires to expand its services to clients in other states in the near future.
